Hailey’s Guest-List Drama at Justin’s Coachella Afterparty
Reports say Hailey Bieber allegedly declined entry to around 20 women for Justin Bieber’s exclusive Coachella afterparty. The pop star headlined the festival and later hosted a private celebration tied to his new fashion label, Skylrk, attended by high-profile friends. Sources claim Hailey, 29, turned away several influencers and other guests who expected to get in, and promoters’ guest lists were reportedly cut down at the door.
Insiders told The Sun that many previously invited people were refused entry. Influencer Zach Clayton posted that dozens of women he’d invited were denied access, praising Hailey as running the guest list tightly. Representatives for the couple have not publicly commented.
Justin’s headline set drew mixed reactions. Paid an estimated $10 million, his late-night performance featured mostly newer, less familiar material and a minimalist staging that left some viewers underwhelmed. He opened in casual attire and included a few old hits among predominantly recent songs and brief medleys of past singles.
One explanation offered for the focus on newer music is that Justin sold his song catalog in December 2022 to Hipgnosis Songs Capital, meaning he no longer owns rights to many earlier tracks. That deal — reportedly worth over $200 million — helps explain why his current shows emphasize recent releases.
